Terms of Service

1. Scope of Service

Citrus Cloud Communications ("the Company"), operated under MC Alliance Services LLC dba Citrus Networks Solutions, provides enterprise-grade IT infrastructure, cloud computing, AI solutions, and communication services. These services are provided "as is" and "as available." The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time.

2. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Users represent and warrant that their use of the service will comply with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Engaging in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Company’s servers or network infrastructure.
• Attempting unauthorized access to system layers or other users' accounts.
• Using the services to transmit malicious code or engage in fraudulent communication.
• Reverse engineering any proprietary technology provided by the Company.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, including but not limited to software code, architecture, logos, trademarks, and graphical interfaces, is the exclusive property of MC Alliance Services LLC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the system.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the State of Nuevo León, Mexico, where applicable. Any dispute shall be resolved in the competent courts corresponding to the Company's official registration.
